Who is the most influencial person in the life of a child? Their parents! Yet, many parents are too busy providing all the things their children 'need' to show them Christ. Our calling as parents involves discipling our children and giving them what they most need: a strong and vibrant faith in Jesus Christ. A good home life is required for an elder and deacon and is also very important for all Christians. We should not be so busy in our work or ministry that we neglect our first flock, our family.
