One of the keys to identifying false doctrine is an improper use of the law. The law, the Old Testament moral code, was never meant to save people. The Old Testament law was meant to show us our need of the Savior. To use the law rightly is to apply to those who are not just and to apply it to whatever is contrary to sound doctrine.
